ACC Business, a division of AT&T, provides telecommunications services to small and mid-sized business customers through a dedicated agent sales channel. ACC services are delivered through AT&T Network - the largest, most advanced and reliable telecommunications network in the world. LPA was engaged by ACC Business to build an order tracking and information system to manage the processing of customer orders from receipt to billing. The system has transformed the way ACC processes and tracks orders, significantly reduced the order cycle time and enabled customer service representatives to quickly respond to customer inquiries.

The Air Force Research Laboratory Information Directorate is a vibrant confluence of information specialists: electrical and computer engineers, computer scientists, mathematicians, physicists and a supporting staff. AFRL is dedicated to meeting America's air and space information technology needs for the 21st century. LPA has served as both prime and sub-contractor for AFRL projects pertaining to remote sensing, hyperspectral imagery analysis, and intelligence community collarboration.

Bausch & Lomb is the eye health company, dedicated to perfecting vision and enhancing life for consumers around the world. Its core businesses include soft and rigid gas permeable contact lenses and lens care products, and ophthalmic surgical and pharmaceutical products. LPA has designed, developed and implemented supply chain applications for the company's Vision Care and Surgical Divisions.

The Boeing Company is the world's leading aerospace company and the largest combined manufacturer of commercial jetliners and military aircraft. With additional capabilities in rotorcraft, electronic and defense systems, missiles, rocket engines, satellites, launch vehicles and advanced information and communication systems, the company's reach extends to customers in 145 countries. In terms of sales, Boeing is one of the largest U.S. exporters. LPA provided technical Cognos ReportNet consulting for a major aircraft development project.

Eastman Kodak Company is the leader in helping people take, share, enhance, preserve, print and enjoy pictures for memories, information and entertainment. LPA has a long history of delivering solutions and providing consulting services to Kodak. Solutions delivered include a repair center scheduling system for Kodak's service organization, service parts planning systems used in more than 20 countries, a patent award management system, project information management systems used to plan and track worldwide capital and R&D projects and various data warehouse and reporting applications.

Excellus BlueCross BlueShield, headquartered in Rochester, NY, is part of a $4 billion family of companies that finances and delivers health care services across upstate New York and long-term care insurance nationwide. LPA designed, developed and implemented reporting systems for Excellus in the areas of fraud detection and claims processing.

ExxonMobil Chemical is a global leader in technology, product quality and customer service with petrochemical manufacturing and/or marketing operations in more than 110 countries around the world. LPA was selected by ExxonMobil Chemical to build a supply chain integration and manufacturing planning solution that significantly reduces the finished goods order cycle time by linking supply chain partners. The web-based solution facilitates order management and delivery by providing production planning, MRP and finite scheduling capabilities. The application is built on BEA WebLogic and utilizes webMethods to integrate supply chain partners together.

Getinge is a leading global provider of equipment and systems to customers within health care, extended care and pharmaceutical industries/laboratories. LPA was selected by Getinge to develop a commission reporting system that addresses the unique business processes used within the North American and Latin American field sales and service operations. LPA also developed a needs- based solution configuration and proposal generation system.

High Falls Brewing Company is the fifth largest brewing company in America and distributes its products across 41 states and Ontario, Canada. LPA built a web self-service for High Falls Brewing which allows their distributors to enter orders, report sales, manage inventory and create forecasts for company headquarters. In addition, corporate production schedules, promotions and sales and inventory positions can be pushed back out to the distributors.

Massachusetts Institute of Technology is one of the world's premier teaching and research institutions. MIT's commitment to joining education with the creation of knowledge provides a fertile setting for research that has spawned a host of scientific breakthroughs and technological advances. LPA was engaged to conduct Cognos-based consulting to enhance the reporting capabilities of a human genomic research project.

Notiva is the first company to offer a complete settlement solution built specifically for the complex, fast-moving world of retail. Notiva brings retailers and manufacturers together in a collaborative arena where they can communicate openly and reconcile painlessly. LPA was engaged to extend the Analytics segment of Notiva's "Trade Edge" products for the retail and manufacturing markets.

NYSERDA - New York State Energy Research and Development Authority is a public benefit corporation that provides energy-related technical and financial assistance to New York State business, institutional and residential energy consumers. LPA developed and implemented a web portal to promote and support the New York Energy $mart™ program. The website, www.getenergysmart.org, identifies the incentives and strategies for residential customers, retailers and builders to attain energy and environmental benefits.

Qantas was founded in the Queensland outback in 1920. Registered originally as the Queensland and Northern Territory Aerial Services Limited (QANTAS), the company has built a reputation for excellence in safety, operational reliability, engineering and maintenance, and customer service. Today, Qantas is widely regarded as the world's leading long distance airline and one of the strongest brands in Australia. LPA conducted business intelligence consulting and development projects with Qantas on customer reporting for the aircraft parts maintenance division.

Symantec is the world leader in providing solutions to help individuals and enterprises assure the security, availability, and integrity of their information. LPA assisted Symantec with the first production release of an integrated COGNOS ReportNet reporting module for their Enterprise Service Management (ESM) product.

Tecumseh Power Company is a global manufacturer of small engines and transmissions. Since the 1960's Tecumseh has been the leading private label manufacture of small engines and has grown to be the second largest manufacturer of small engines in North America. LPA provided enterprise-wide analytics consulting and ERP integration services.

The University of Rochester consistently ranks among the top colleges and universities nationwide in federally financed science, engineering, medical, and other research. The U. of R. engaged LPA for a comprehensive data architecture review and data mart design for Administrative Computing Services.

Wyeth is a research-based, global pharmaceutical company responsible for the discovery and development of some of today's most innovative medicines and childhood vaccines. LPA was engaged by Wyeth to develop a bioinformatics research tool to specify batteries of tests which were then submitted to Wyeth's supercomputer cluster for analysis. The system significantly reduced the cycle time and improved the productivity of their research scientists. The system is a web-based application that was built using BEA WebLogic.

Xerox Corporation is the leader in document technologies, products and services that improve work processes and business results. LPA has a long standing relationship with Xerox and has delivered more than twenty systems over the years. These systems include applications for spare parts planning, technician parts re-supply, service bulletin, part configuration disclosure, manufacturing optimization, supply chain management, contract billing, revenue reporting and forecasting and data warehousing and business intelligence.
