IBM Executive to Address LPA Systems on Topic of Collaborative Business Intelligence

ROCHESTER, New York – December 21, 2009 – LPA Systems, Inc. – a leading provider of innovative business intelligence and collaboration solutions - announced today that Mr. Rob Rose, Strategy Executive and Director, Office of Strategy for IBM Software Group’s Business Intelligence and Performance Management Segment, will be the keynote speaker at its 2010 annual kickoff meeting on January 4, 2010 in Rochester, NY.

Mr. Rose was a founding member of the Business Intelligence Division of Canadian software company --Cognos. The division’s revenue grew from $2M to over $1B before Cognos was acquired by IBM in 2008. Mr. Rose is the author of Smooth Sailing on Rough Seas: 8 Principles of High-Performance Business and has written numerous articles about business performance management, technology and marketing trends for various industry publications.

Rose will speak on the topic of “Collaborative Business Intelligence”. His address coincides with the launch of LPA’s Collaborative BI practice.
